KHARAN: An unusual theft has been reported in Balochistan's Kharan district, where burglars broke into an agricultural supply store but left all valuables untouched, taking only an account ledger.

According to the shop owner, unidentified thieves broke the lock of Al-Madina Agricultural Center, located at Jungle Road, Qabristan Chowk, and entered the premises during the night. Despite the presence of merchandise and other valuables inside the shop, the intruders allegedly took only a register containing business accounts before fleeing the scene.

The shop owner said the stolen ledger reportedly contained records of financial transactions and outstanding dues, raising questions about whether the theft was linked to a financial dispute or an attempt to conceal business records.

Police reached the scene shortly after the incident and have launched an investigation to determine the motive behind the unusual burglary and identify those responsible.
