The Colleges, Higher & Technical Education Department, Government of Balochistan, has issued a directive to all Government Colleges and directorates to complete the entry and updation of employee records on the newly launched Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) Portal within twenty (20) days.

The directive, issued through Notification No. SOA/4(7)/2026/CI&TED/858-870 dated August 11, 2026, aims to digitize and centralize the management of employee records across the province's higher education institutions.

According to the notification signed by Section Officer (Admn.) Abdul Hakim Kakar, the HRMIS Portal can be accessed via the following link:

https://hrmis.chte.gob.pk

Heads of institutions and concerned officers have been instructed to obtain their Portal User ID and Password from the designated officials of the EMIS Cell:

· Mr. Zain Ul Arfeen Irfan – System Analyst/Incharge EMIS

· Mr. Shaista Khan – Computer Operator, EMIS Cell

Verification and Accuracy Requirements

All Principals and concerned officers have been directed to ensure that the information entered on the portal is:

· Complete

· Accurate

· Duly verified before submission

The department has emphasized that any missing or incorrect information must be corrected at the earliest possible time.

Monitoring and Support

The department has made it clear that progress on data entry and updation will be closely monitored by the Department and EMIS Cell. Institutions facing technical difficulties, login issues, or problems related to data entry have been advised to contact the EMIS Cell officials for necessary assistance.

The directive has been circulated to all Principals of Government Colleges and concerned officers under the Colleges, Higher & Technical Education Department, with a copy forwarded to the Secretary's office.

The department has requested full cooperation from all institutions to complete the process within the stipulated timeframe.
