The Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Gwadar Safe City Project, operating under the Science & Information Technology Department, Government of Balochistan, has invited nationwide sealed bids for the procurement of police equipment through open tendering. The procurement is being carried out under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

According to the official tender notice, five separate procurement packages have been announced with a combined estimated value of approximately Rs45.22 million.

Eligibility Criteria

The tender notice states that:

Procurement will follow the Single Stage, Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Firms must be registered on the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPRA) Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS).

Bidders must appear on Pakistan's Active Taxpayer List (ATL).

Companies blacklisted by any procuring agency are not eligible.

Each bid must include 2% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit in favour of the Project Director, Gwadar Safe City Project.

Tender Opening

Tender documents are available through the respective TSE numbers on the EPPS supplier dashboard. The bids will be opened at the Project Management Unit, Gwadar Safe City Project, House No. 06, Phase-I, New Town Housing Project, Shambey Ismail Eidgah Road, Gwadar.
