DERA BUGTI : An urgent humanitarian appeal has been made to Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti and relevant authorities for the immediate medical treatment of Muhammad Hassan Shalwani Bugti, a resident of Goth Saeed Khan Shalwani Bugti near Sui, Ouch Gas Field in Dera Bugti district.

According to the appeal, Muhammad Hassan has been suffering from a severe mental illness for the past four to five years and has been kept in chains due to his condition. He was the sole breadwinner of his family, which includes eight to nine young children who are now facing extreme poverty, hunger, and hardship.

His home is located approximately 6 to 7 kilometers from the OGDCL gas field. The family is reportedly destitute and in urgent need of government assistance.

The appeal requests the Chief Minister, district administration, health department, OGDCL, and all concerned authorities to ensure Muhammad Hassan's immediate medical examination, proper treatment, and necessary healthcare facilities, along with financial support for his family.

"This is an extremely poor and helpless family awaiting urgent humanitarian assistance," the appeal stated, urging authorities to act on compassionate grounds so that Muhammad Hassan can recover and care for his children
