Three Additional Judges Sworn In at Balochistan High Court

The three newly appointed Additional Judges of the Balochistan High Court took their oaths of office on Tuesday, officially assuming their judicial responsibilities.
Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court, Justice Muhammad Kamran Khan Malakhail, administered the oath to the new judges during a ceremony held at the High Court's auditorium hall in Quetta.
The New Judges
The judges who took oath are:
· Justice Muhammad Rauf Atta
· Justice Allah Dad Roshan
· Justice Abdul Qayyum Lehri
Ceremony Details
The oath-taking ceremony was attended by a large gathering that included:
· Honourable judges of the Balochistan High Court
· Judicial officers and staff
· Office-bearers of bar associations
· A significant number of lawyers from across the province
Presidential Approval
The appointments were approved by the President of Pakistan, with the official notification issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice on August 11, 2026.
All three judges have been appointed for a term of one year, effective from the date of their oath-taking.
