CHAGAI : Unidentified assailants set two commercial vehicles ablaze on the Quetta–Taftan National Highway in the Yak Mach area of Dalbandin, Chagai district, late Thursday, according to local sources.

The attackers reportedly fled the scene in a vehicle shortly after the incident. No casualties have been reported, and no group has immediately claimed responsibility.

Security forces have arrived at the location and launched a search operation in the surrounding area. The highway remains open for traffic, though authorities have urged travelers to exercise caution.
