In a significant development for Balochistan's judiciary, the Judicial Commission of Pakistan has approved the appointment of three additional judges to the Balochistan High Court.

The decision was taken during an important meeting of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan, chaired in relation to matters concerning the Balochistan High Court. During the session, the commission approved the appointment of Abdul Quayam Lehri, Allah Dad Roshan and Rauf Ata as Additional Judges of the High Court.

According to details, the commission reviewed a shortlist of 20 candidates for the position of judge at the Balochistan High Court before reaching its decision during the meeting.

These appointments are expected to help expedite the disposal of pending cases across the province through the addition of judicial manpower. Formal notification of the appointments will be issued once the required administrative process has been completed.
