Balochistan reported four separate security incidents within a short span, according to police statements, ranging from a fatal attack on a police checkpoint to an unclaimed body recovery.

In Bolan, unidentified armed men opened fire on the Dosa Cross Chowki checkpoint along the National Highway, killing police constable Hafiz Abdul Rasheed, who was on duty at the post. A heavy contingent of police and security forces reached the site soon after, cordoned off the area, and collected evidence before shifting the officer's body to his hometown. A search operation has been launched to trace the attackers.

Near Dalbandin's Chahtar area, police said unidentified armed men abducted a cargo bus along with its goods and crew. No further details on the driver or passengers' whereabouts have been released.

In Panjgur's Gwargo area, police recovered the body of an unidentified man and shifted it to a hospital. The cause of death has not yet been confirmed.

Separately, in Jhal Magsi, a mosque prayer leader was shot dead in a firing incident. Police have opened an investigation.

Authorities have not linked the four incidents to one another, and investigations into each are ongoing.
