Thousands of families across Balochistan are watching for government recruitment this summer, and July 2026 has brought several confirmed openings. This guide covers every position we could verify from official sources: who is hiring, the exact deadlines, the documents you need, and the step-by-step application process. Balochistan Dispatch lists only advertisements confirmed against official department websites or the DGPR, if it is on this page, the vacancy is real.

Confirmed openings at a glance

Vacancies are based at the Head Office in Quetta and at regional offices including Basima (Washuk), Khuzdar, Naseerabad and Loralai, along with other districts. The closing date is 12 August 2026.

How to apply for PPHI jobs, step by step

Go to the official portal: jobs.pphib.org. PPHI accepts online applications only, no applications by post or by hand.

Create an account with a working email address and your CNIC number.

Select the position and the district you are applying for, read the qualification and experience requirements on the advertisement carefully before selecting.

Upload scanned copies of your documents (see the checklist below). Keep each file clear and readable.

Submit before 12 August 2026 and save/print the confirmation page. Only shortlisted candidates are called for test/interview.

BPSC: where things stand this month

The Balochistan Public Service Commission's big 2026 recruitment rounds, Consolidated Advertisement No. 02/2026 (announced 12 March, covering the Agriculture & Cooperatives, Prosecution, Health, Livestock & Dairy Development, Mines & Minerals, Labour & Manpower, Home & Tribal Affairs, and Sports & Youth Affairs departments) and Advertisements No. 03 and 04/2026 (closed 30 April), are past their application deadlines. Those recruitments have now moved into the screening test and interview phase.

If you applied under any of these advertisements:

Check the official BPSC website regularly for your screening test date and roll number slip, BPSC does not always send individual call letters.

Interviews for BPS-01 posts of the Livestock & Dairy Development Department (Attendant, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, Beldar, Sais, Security Guard, Khakrob, Quetta) were held on 7-8 July at the office of the District Livestock Officer, Mekongi Road, Quetta. Candidates were required to bring all original documents; no travelling allowance is admissible.

How BPSC online applications work (for the next advertisement)

When the next BPSC advertisement opens, the process is always the same:

Deposit the application fee first. Pay the fee for your post's BPS scale at the designated bank branch and keep the receipt, you will need the receipt number and date for the online form.

Go to bpsc.gob.pk and click "Apply Online".

Fill in the form, enter the fee receipt number/date, and upload your photo and documents.

Submit before the closing date and print the completed form for your records.

Eligibility basics: only candidates holding a Local/Domicile Certificate of Balochistan are eligible, and the general age band is 18-35 years (with government age relaxations where applicable). Qualification requirements vary by post, from Bachelor's and Master's degrees to MBBS, LLM, MPhil and PhD for specialist positions.

District-level recruitment: Levies and Local Government

Balochistan Levies Force recruitment (Rasaldar, Naib Rasaldar, Inspector, Sub-Inspector, ASI, Sepoy, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, Clerk and support staff) runs district by district and is announced through Deputy Commissioner offices and the provincial press, not through one central portal. The Local Government & Rural Development Department is also expected to advertise a wide range of BPS-01 to BPS-15 posts for both men and women during 2026.

Our advice: for district recruitment, trust only the advertisement published in newspapers through DGPR or posted at the DC office of your district. We will report each confirmed district advertisement on this page and in our Jobs section as it appears.

Documents checklist prepare these now

Almost every Balochistan government application asks for the same file. Prepare one folder of attested photocopies today and applying becomes a 30-minute job:

CNIC (and father's/guardian's CNIC copy for some posts)

Local / Domicile Certificate of Balochistan, the single most important document; without it you are ineligible for provincial posts

All educational certificates and detailed marks sheets (Matric onwards), attested

Recent passport-size photographs with a plain background (keep 8-10)

Experience certificates, where required

Character certificate from your last institution

Original bank fee receipt (for BPSC applications)

Disability or minority certificate, if applying against reserved quota seats

How to spot a fake job advertisement

No genuine government recruitment ever asks for money beyond the official bank fee printed in the advertisement. Anyone demanding payment "to confirm your selection" is a fraudster.

Verify every advertisement on the department's own website or at bpsc.gob.pk, not on WhatsApp forwards.

Official advertisements always carry an advertisement number, a closing date, and the department's letterhead.
