Unidentified armed men set fire to five LPG tankers on the highway near Dalbandin, in Balochistan's Chagai district, according to initial report on Sunday.
The assailants reportedly blocked the road at Nokjah, on the outskirts of Dalbandin, before setting the tankers alight. Fire flared through the vehicles, the initial accounts said, and clouds of smoke hung over the area, visible far into the distance.

All five tankers were completely gutted, according to those first reports.
Dalbandin sits on the N-40 highway ,which is the main route running west from Quetta towards the Iranian border at Taftan, along which fuel tankers and commercial traffic move regularly.
Highways in Chagai and elsewhere in Balochistan have seen repeated incidents in which armed groups halt traffic and torch vehicle.
The initial reports carried no word of casualties, and no group had claimed responsibility for the attack.
