Gold prices in Pakistan slipped on Saturday, following a pullback in the international bullion market a day after they had firmed.
Per-tola gold settled at Rs426,736, down Rs3,700 over the session, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). The rate for 10 grams eased by Rs3,202 to Rs365,857.
The fall gave back part of Friday's advance, when the tola rate had risen Rs3,000 to close at Rs430,436.
Internationally, gold shed $37 to $4,043 an ounce, inclusive of a $20 premium. Silver moved lower too, losing Rs57 to trade at Rs6,237 per tola.
