A woman was killed and her donkey died on the spot after a speeding Al-Mumtaz coach struck them near Kaldan Bridge on the Coastal Highway.

According to sources, the deceased has been identified as Sahib Khatoon. The accident occurred as she was walking along the roadside with her donkey when the speeding coach struck both of them, killing her instantly along with the animal.

The incident sparked grief and anger in the area. Residents of Kaldan have demanded that the district administration take immediate and effective measures to prevent such accidents, including imposing heavy fines to curb speeding on the highway, so that further loss of precious human life can be prevented in the future.
